einsteinThe 9th Annual Family
Math & Science Night

When:  Thursday, September 17, 2015  6-7:30pm – Mitchell Elementary

Would you like to touch exotic reptiles? Explore the pressure from a Golden Firefighters Fire Engine? Use a 3D printer? Make molecules? Work real robots? Look through high-powered microscopes? Make chemical reactions? Explore skeletons? And much more!

Come to our 9th Annual Math and Science Night at Mitchell where fabulous volunteers from our awesome Golden community and Colorado School of Mines have set up displays and experiments throughout Mitchell to share their enthusiasm for math, science, engineering and technology to over 700 students and their families.  Pizza will be available for purchase at the liquids and solids café, so you don’t need to worry about dinner!

We need new exhibits! If you, a family member, or a friend would like to bring a display or demonstration to advertise your business and show our students how math, science, engineering and technology can be a part of their lives, please contact us!

We need wonderful volunteers to help make the night a success!  Please sign up to and volunteer.  We need drinks, healthy snacks, and baked goods to sell, along with the pizza we will be providing for purchase, at the Liquids and Solids Café to help us fund this awesome event.
